Just got home from dance class!!
Even her teacher has said that Lilly has really come around! She used to just give the teach crazy looks,
and stand there starring at everyone.
Now she runs around the room with everyone else, actually does some of the moves and even takes the sucker from the teacher now! =)
And for those of you who don't know..... Daddy gets to be in the recital with her in June!!! LOL! We will definately have this on video! Haha!

Fun at Nana and Papw Sulli's

We stopped by Nana and Papaw Sulli's house after church one sunday. Of course, the first thing she wanted to do was go to the bridge and throw rocks in the creek! =) Even in her fancy dress!
Then we went inside and Lilly and Nana had a little dance party. That Nana is so silly!
Then Lil made it to Nana's bed somehow! =) She was havin so much fun runnin around and "falling down".

Nana was playin peekaboo!

Lilly loves bein silly with her Nana!

Just too cute.

:o)
Lilly just loves her puppy sooooo much!

The State Fair!

So we made it to the State Fair! Gigi, Lilly ( and the Lorax of course) and Mommy all went on a wednesday morning! The weather was perfect! We started out with the super awesome pancake breakfast, Lil loved the pancakes. And we got the meet the Lt. Govenor, Becky Skillman! We even had our picture taken with her, which showed up in the Hendricks County Flyer a few months later! =)
After we got our bellies all full, we walked over to the kids exhibit. It was sooooo neat! They gave her a bucket to carry and we walked along the sidewalk to different little buildings. The first one had little bags of grain to put in your basket, then we went to the Chicken Coop for some eggs.
We took the grain and fed it to the "cows"! It was so stinkin cute to see how Lilly understood what she was supposed to be doin. She liked the little cow and pig statues.

After feeding the animals we got to go to the garden and "plant seeds" then walked around the fence and got to pick some veggies. Lilly got a cucumber of course!

Then she got to go get some apples. There was a sign that said "please take just one", ya right! you try tellin a 17 month old to only take one apple when there are tons more on the ground! So we got outta that part with 3 apples, i think that was pretty good! =)

The State Fair!!

Lilly got to ride her first tractor!! =) I let her pick which one she wanted to ride on.... what a girlie girl pickin the pink one. =)

She got to take all her produce to "the market" and sold it all!
She got her "money" and took it into the "store" where she bought herself some apple juice! This was the coolest little exhibit!

Lil liked playin on the big fake tractor!

She really loved feeding the goats! She even tried to give them some luvins.
This was the first time mommy had been to the state fair since she was a teenager, and Lilly's first time ever. We had a wonderful time, and we were so happy that Lil's Gigi could go with us and show us around a little bit. Lilly was exhausted after we left, and was asleep before we even made it to the car!

It's not a box.....

So we were playin with some boxes the other night, and we decided to turn one into a car for lil! She liked that idea so much that she thought it would be a good idea to make one for Lorax too! So, of course, the next step was to have a race. Daddy got 'em all loaded up!
On their marks....

Get set .... GO!

At the fisish line Daddy was a little more excited than Lilly! LOL! She wasn't sure who won apparently! =)

We all had lot's of fun with "Lilly's Cruiser"

Who needs pants?!

When you've got super cute super skivvies?!
Lilly and the triplets just loved bein goofy and dancin around in the office.
look at that cute lil' booty! =)

she's so cute! (if i must say so myself....)

She loved pushin Maymay around in the car! Whatch out though... they are not very good at steering yet!

catchin up again.... let's flashback to august....

So the triplets got some new seats! They are call Bilibo seats. Lil thinks they look cool, and is tryin to figure out how to use these new things..... =)

"ah-ha" she finally got her booty in the seat! just tryin to get her balance now.
We went outside to enjoy the weather, and lilly just loves the slide.

She just loves bein on top of the playset!

sorry i didn't get these turned! she only likes to go down the slide on her belly!

Playin in the rain!

It has been so hot and steamy outside lately that Lilly, and triplets haven't really been able to play outside much. =( So this morning I realized that it really wasn't too hot out yet, and it was supposed to rain but I wanted to take advantage of the cool front before the rain. So we all put on our shoes and headed out for some backyard fun!
So now all four of the babies can climb up the playset stairs and go down the slide! So that is what we were doin when it started to sprinkle. They were havin so much fun I didn't want to take them all in! I listened for thunder and didn't hear any, and didn't see any lightening..... so I convinced myself that it couldn't get too bad..... right? =)
We all had a BLAST! The slide turned into a water slide, and the kids all got soaked! Then they all found the downspout, which was the coolest thing they had all seen since the slide turned into a water slide! =) Lil literally sat down in the cement part that is catching the water! They got so dirty with grass (did I mention that they had a freshly cut lawn?) and mulch and dirt stuck to them! It was everywhere! There was only one way to take care of that.... I stripped them all down to their diapers and turned the sprinkler on! Haha! So much fun was had by all!
Then "nanny b" / mommy took them all in and plopped them into the bathtub again! Lilly gets such a kick out of having her friends in the bathtub with her! They all had their own cups and were pouring water on each other and laughing!
I had to give them all silly bathtub hairdo's! duh! =)

I am so blessed to be able to get paid to have this much fun! =)

Brownsburg, on the real 4th of July!

On the weekend of the 4th we met up with the U'Rens at the Brownsburg Park to watch the fireworks. We got there a little early so we could get a good seat, and since we had time to burn we took Lil over to the carnival. She actually slept the whole time we were there! Even through all that noise! She woke up in time to play with the girls and Miss Carol a little before the fireworks started.

The girls shared their glow sticks with Lilly. She really likes them! She swings them around and puts them on her arms and legs. However she kinda freaks out when she cannot get them off of her legs! LOL! she was a little frustrated here, and beleive it or not, mommy and daddy had to laugh! =)

Finally got daddy to help!

Hangin with Miss Carol right before the fireworks started.

She was so comfortable with the big booms that she wanted to sit in her own chair! This time around she even made little "ooh" sounds. She's so cute!

We hope everyone had a safe and fun Independence Day!

Pittsboro 4th of July Celebration!

Pittsboro had their 4th celebration a week early, so we decided to take Lilly Bell out in her 4th of July dress!
She got to watch the fireworks with daddy. She did really good! No tears! =) She even got a $3.00 glow stick!
Mommy had a lot of fun dressin Lil up in her outfit! And Lil even thought the dress was "soooo pretty". =)

Earlier that same day we went to the parade in Pittsboro.

She got to watch it with her best buddy Eva!

Lilly did really well watching the parade, she jumped a little when the sirens went off but she didn't cry at all. We were so happy that she enjoyed all the festivities, because we were going to see them all again the next weekend!

One Brave Mama.....

So I got brave one day a few weeks ago.....

I decided to let the trips and lil finger paint with pudding!
"Is this ok mom?"
We got just a little messy! By the end of it they all had it on their bellies, all over their faces, some in their ears, and all in their hair! They thought it was the coolest!
When we were finished with all the pudding, I threw them all in the bathtub, which was a whole new adventure itself! =)
It was soooo much fun! After the bath I got them all fed their lunches and put down for a nap. Super Nanny ain't got nothin on me! LOL!
